Digital / Website design

A website with a purpose. And a point of view.

Business websites, service catalogues and enquiry journeys, designed around your content and the people you need to reach.

DESIGNED AROUND THE NEXT STEP

A better way to
introduce your business.

A useful website makes the next step clear. We discuss what your business needs to explain, the work you can show and how visitors should enquire. The design, content structure and technical scope follow that brief.

WHAT WE CAN SCOPE

Consider the
whole journey.

Agree the requirements and responsibilities before choosing a package or committing a budget.

01

A clear content structure

Plan pages, service information and navigation around the questions a prospective customer needs answered.

02

Responsive visual design

Develop a considered visual direction with readable type, useful imagery and layouts for small and large screens.

03

An enquiry journey

Agree what a visitor should do next: discuss a brief, request a quote or make direct contact. Forms and integrations are specified individually.

04

Search foundations

Include descriptive page titles, indexable content, crawlable links, canonical URLs and a sitemap where applicable.

A DEFINED HANDOVER

Know what
you’re getting.

  • Agreed page structure and visual direction
  • Responsive page layouts and approved content
  • Specified contact forms or enquiry links
  • Agreed launch checks and handover documentation

Page count, content writing, photography, custom applications, integrations, hosting and ongoing maintenance are confirmed in the quotation. Design approval does not imply a search ranking or a guaranteed volume of enquiries.

BRING TO THE CONVERSATION

A useful starting brief.

  1. Your business, audience and main website goal
  2. Existing site, brand assets and reference preferences
  3. Required pages, content and genuine portfolio material
  4. Forms, integrations, domain, hosting and target launch date

A CLEAR WAY TO WORK

Good work starts
with a good brief.

No mystery package. We agree what needs to be made, what you will supply and what happens at each stage.

01

Understand

Your audience, business goal, current material and the problem to solve.

02

Define

The pages, deliverables, approvals, account responsibilities and budget.

03

Create

Review the work at agreed stages, with your content and feedback in place.

04

Launch & review

Complete the agreed checks, handover and any separately scoped ongoing work.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can you redesign an existing business website?

Yes. Share the current URL, what is not working and what should improve. We review existing content, URLs and required features before defining the redesign and migration scope.

Can you build a service or product catalogue?

A catalogue can be part of the brief. The number of entries, filters, content management, quotation flow and any ecommerce requirements need to be specified before the work is quoted.

Who supplies the text and photographs?

We agree this at the start. You can supply approved material, or request a separate content scope. Client names, testimonials, certifications and project claims need genuine supporting evidence and permission.

Who owns the domain and hosting accounts?

Ownership, access, recurring charges and maintenance responsibilities are set out in the quotation. Existing accounts and business assets are reviewed before launch arrangements are agreed.

How much does a website cost and how long does it take?

That depends on the pages, content readiness, features, integrations, revisions and approval process. A project price and schedule follow a complete brief; we do not publish an invented fixed price or turnaround.

LET’S DISCUSS THE BRIEF
