Can you dispatch without your branding?
Neutral rolls, sample cards and packaging can be agreed in the production brief. The quotation confirms the labelling, dispatch recipient and delivery documentation.
Do you offer a fixed trade discount?
Trade rates are negotiated around media, volumes, finishing, reorder frequency and payment terms. A rate card is a starting reference; the final quotation defines the job scope.
Can we agree confidentiality?
A confidentiality agreement can be reviewed where needed. Client artwork and project drawings are treated as private production material and are not reused in marketing without permission.
