Privacy & enquiries

Your brief stays a business conversation.

This page explains the information requested through our quote and sample forms and how the website handles it.

Information you choose to share

Forms request business contact details, location, buyer type, your selected catalogue product and information about your print application. Quotes may include measurements, quantities, timing, installation needs and an optional artwork share link. A sample enquiry does not collect a postal address; that is requested later if shipping is agreed.

Why it is used

Enquiry information is used to assess your application, contact you about the brief and prepare a quotation or sample proposal. Submitting a form does not approve production, accept a quote or subscribe you to bulk marketing.

Storage and access

Accepted requests receive a unique reference and are stored in a private database. Enquiries and artwork links are not published in the gallery. Access is intended for the business team handling the request and infrastructure providers operating the service.

Artwork and confidential documents

The website does not accept direct file uploads. If you include a share link, restrict it to the intended reviewers and grant access only after the appropriate contact is confirmed. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal records. The server stores the link; it does not automatically fetch the document.

Analytics and cookies

The site does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Form submissions store the referring page and campaign parameters to identify the source of an enquiry. Optional conversion-event hooks require an explicit analytics preference; no names or contact details are included in those events.

Corrections, deletion and follow-up preferences

Use the enquiry form and include your existing reference to request a correction, deletion review or an end to follow-up. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for an active order or business obligations. Enquiries are reviewed for continued relevance and should not be retained indefinitely.

Before a public business launch

The catalogue is prepared under the SurfaceWorks working identity. The business contact is +91 88603 16162. The business operator must confirm its legal identity, specific retention period and final operating details for public launch.
